Oct 17 2015, Sat - 2nd Beaver Bank Fun Day - HTB Fun Forest Camp, 1901 BBk Rd. 10 AM to 7:00 PM. This is a Day for all our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, etc. Activities & Games, lunch & supper, snacks and a Campfire Blanket Crest. Cost will be $10. Please have your Beaver Scout(s) & Keeo eat breakfast

Oct 20 2015, Hike – Meet at our Christmas Tree Lot, across from Majestic on BBk Rd. Near the large Notice Board. If it rains we will go to the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic.

Oct 24 2015, Sat - Scout Apple Day. We will meet at Monarch School @ 9:30 AM. It won’t take long and all Participants earn a Campfire Blanket Crest.

Oct 25 2015, Sun - Halloween Beavereen – Weir Field, 1 -4 PM (Time TBC). All Beavers from our area participate. Cost is usually $5.00.

Oct 27 2015, Halloween Party – Sagewood Nursing Home, Cobequid Rd. Don’t forget to dress up!

Nov 4 2015, Investiture of New Beavers (Kits) and Tail Presentation to all Beaver Scouts. *All Parents Welcome*Parents of Beavers being Invested are invited to*participate* in the Ceremony. I will provide the details. (It’s really easy!!). Popcorn orders due in. We will make or Wreath to lay on Remembrance Day.

Nov 10 2015, Let Us Remember – Military Guest Speaker. Parents Welcome to stay and join us. We always invite all of Beaver Bank Scouting to this evening.

Nov 11 2015, All Beaver Bank Scouting are encouraged to participate in the Remembrance Day Parade and Service at the BBank Cenotaph beside the BBank Kinsac Fire Station..Dress warmly and meet in the BBank Kinsac School Parking Lot at **10:00AM. Look for your Leaders and our Beaver Flag. Parents and Families are encouraged to join us. ***Hot Chocolate afterwards***PLEASE do not leave with your Beaver Scout without telling a Leader.This is for your Child’s safety.

Nov 22 2015, Sun - Beaver Bank Parade of Lights. We will be putting in a Float and Beavers ride on the Float. Bring a cushion to kneel on and a Glow Stick (if you have one) to hold. Meet in Barretts Lumber Parking Lot at 5:45. Look for the Beaver Float. Pick-up is at BBk/Kinsac School Parking Lot. Rain date 29 Nov.

Nov 25 2015 Wednesday – Carol Sing with B & C Colonies – Ivy Meadows Nursing Home – 125 Knowles Cres, BBank (Old BBank Villa). Please arrive at 6:25. We will Sing till 7:30 and then have juice and cookies. *Parents Welcome to Stay and Sing”. (We Need your Voices!!). Song sheets provided.

Nov 28-29 2015, Sat/Sun - “A” Colony goes to Camp. Christmas Theme. HTB Fun Forest Camp. Cost will be $20. Details to follow.

Please know that during Winter we may make short notice changes to accommodate outdoor activities. We like to take advantage when the weatherman is on our side.

1st or 2nd Weekend in Dec we spend a ½ day, usually a morning at our Scout Tree Lot. Our Beavers can take turns if you wish and just stay say 1 hour. Date TBC.
