NOTICE : In order to insure the safety of your children. Beavers must be escorted to all events including regular meetings by an adult. Please come in to the school with your Beaver for drop off or pick up. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sep 01 2011, 1st day of September - Get ready for a new School year and a new Scouting Year. Let's tell all our friends new and old how much fun we had at Beavers. Encourage them to join or at least come to a meeting and see what we do.

Wednesday -We have been invited to join B & C Colonies at the Brown Hall
for a night with a group of LIVE Reptiles. Should be very interesting. 6:30pm. See you there.
Please bring your tin/container for Apple day.
Oct 14-15 2011, A Colony Goes to camp! Details to follow. Our HTB Fun Forest Camp is located at 1901 BBank Rd. Cost will be $20.
Oct 18 2011, Let’s Think Apples. NFLD & Labrador Night.
Oct 22 2011, Apple day Meet at the Brown Hall, 9:30AM. A Parent is asked to stay with your Beaver. This only takes about 1 hour.

Nov 1 2011 Investiture of New Beavers (Kits) and Tail Ceremony for all Beaver Scouts. *All Parents Welcome***Parents of Beavers being Invested are asked to*participate* in the Ceremony. You will be given the details. NB Night.

Nov 11 2011, Remembrance Day parade. We will be meeting at the Kinsac school at 10:00AM and parade down to the fire hall for the ceremony.

Beaver Movie night at Vineyard Church
1129 Sackville Dr (corner of Sackville Dr & Millwood Dr) ***6:00PM – 8:00PM***(Movie title TBA)
Each Beaver Colony will sit together so look for your Leaders. No Siblings permitted due to the large # of Beaver Scouts.
movie "Drool Meets Cool" cost is $1.00

Dec 3 2010, (Fri) Combined A and B Christmas party/ movie at the Brown Hall.

(Sun) Parade of Lights. A, B and C colonies will take part in the Parade of Lights in Beaver Bank. Beavers ride in float.
Scouting in Beaver Bank enters several floats in this parade.
If your child is interested in riding in the Beaver’s float, please let me know ahead of time as space is limited.

Show & Tell night and the beaver’s are asked to bring in an item that is not expensive or breakable.
They will be expected to share their toy with other beavers so please choose wisely.
