Apr 8 2010, Group Camp Project Planning.
Apr 15 2010, Observatory Tour - we will going to the St.Croix Observatory. We will be meeting at the Brown Hall at our normal time of 7:00pm and departing by about 7:15pm. Sunset is at 8:15pm and to allow enough time to take full advantage of this oppprtunity, we will be staying at the site until 10:30pm. We will be droppping the scouts off at home which should be between 11-11:30pm depending on travel time. It is an outdoor area and there is a warming hut but it is important to dress for the weather...... even if it is a warm day the tempurature drops quite alot after dark. There will be serveral telescopes available, however Scouts are encouraged to bring binoculars if they have them. Flashlights are prohibited on the site so it would be easier to just leave them at home.
Apr 22 2010, Group Camp Project Completion and dry run.
Apr 24-25 2010, GROUP CAMP!! to be held at Fun Forest Camp with all other scouting youth from Beaver Bank. A registration kit will be handed out approximately 2-3 weeks ahead.
May 5 2010, Scout Trees – 6:30 to 7:45PM pm planting trees at Fun Forest.
Jun 3 2010, Scout Truck Rally.

Canada Day Parade (9:00AM) - This will be 2nd Beaver Bank's 11th entry in the Canada Day Parade
in Lr. Sackville. (2005 the parade was cancelled by parade mashall due to extremely bad weather)
The parade route is from the Sobey's parking lot, 752 Sackville Drive to The Rock Church parking
lot, 222 Sackville Drive. I am told that's 2.7km. The parade starts at 9:00AM, all Beavers, Cubs & Scouts
should be at the Sobey's parking lot no later than 8:30AM.
Uniform required.
Tender pads should have their Cub Uniform. Youth may be picked up at the Rock Church parking lot.
