NOTICE : In order to insure the safety of your children. Beavers must be escorted to all events including regular meetings by an adult. Please come in to the Hall with your Beaver for drop off or pick up. Thank you for your cooperation.
NOTICE : Beavers are NOT ALLOWED to wear BOOTS into the HALL.
NOTICE : Our meeting place (pond) is the Brown Hall, 351 Beaver Bank Road. Phone Number 865-0757. We usually meet on a Wednesday night at the Brown Hall from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, but as you will see from this program we have events taking place on different nights in different locations, so to avoid any disappointments always refer to this program. Beavers bring $1.00 a week dues, this helps to pay for crafts, treats, and some badges etc.

Mar 22 2014, Saturday. Woodbine, fund raiser bottle drive from 10am until 12noon.meet at Brown Hall. Actively participating youth will have a reduced group camp fee. Collect your bottles.
Mar 25 2014, TUESDAY. Library visit for Super Hero fun and scavenger hunt. NO Beavers WED
Mar 26 2014, No meeting
Mar 28-29 2014, Tenderpad (White Tail) Camp. This is for White Tail Beavers Only. Details to follow
Apr 2 2014, Youth/leaders birthday bash, (we supply cake/juice) plus Mad crazy science
Apr 9 2014, Making indoor memory beach gardens or planting seeds.or both.
Apr 16 2014, Grand Easter hunt, Easter crafts/games (parents, please send only small candy Easter eggs for loot bags}
Apr 23 2014, Hike, weather permitting.
Apr 25-27 2014, 2nd Beaver Bank Group Camp - Superhero Camp HTB Fun Forest Camp. Details to follow

May 5 2014, Monday - White tail Beaver Scouts swim up to Cubs Scouts ceremony. Cubs walk up to Scouts. All Scouting must attend in uniform. Usually held at HTB Jr Hi School. After swim up to cubs, they have a choice of attending both Beavers and Cubs until end of each sections activities. Parents are welcome, especially our white tail Beavers parents, they have a part to play in the swim up. Cub uniforms if they have them? may be worn under Beaver uniform for ceremony.
May 7 2014, Wed. Scouting Tree plant. Location will be announced later.
May 14 2014, Brown Hall kite flying in field opposite. Please bring a dollar store kite. They are great!
May 21 2014, FUN GAMES NIGHT.

Jul 1 2014, Canada Day Parade (9:00AM) - This will be 2nd Beaver Bank's 15th entry in the Canada Day Parade in Lr. Sackville. The parade route is from the Sobey's parking lot, 752 Sackville Drive to The Rock Church parking lot, 222 Sackville Drive. I am told that's 2.7km. The parade starts at 9:00AM, all Beavers, Cubs & Scouts should be at the Sobey's / Canadian Tire parking lot no later than 8:30AM. Uniform required. Tender pads should have their Cub Uniform. Youth may be picked up at the Rock Church parking lot. parents are welcome.
