The White Tail Program is designed to introduce older Beavers to the next level of Scouting. Wolf Cubs is the Scouting program intended for youth from age 8 to 10. When a Beaver participates in the White Tail Program he/she is treated in the same manner as a Cub. He/she will learn about Cubbing, the Cub Motto, Law, and Promise. Beavers have the oppertunity to attent special linkage events where they will do Cubbing activities. This will include White Tail Camp, and visits to Cub meetings. Although the linkage between Beavers and Cubs is not required to advance to Cubs, the White Tail Program is highly recommended, and gives Beavers a head start in the Cub Pack that they will soon join.
